We've been continuing on a good path with our store. There's just a couple things we want to make known to everybody. Not that all of our customers do this because we've had good relationships with most of our customers and have even had a some returning customers. However, please understand that we do set certain conditions for a reason. All information about the store is posted and some of it is repeated to you in emails we send you once your order is placed from the store. With that being said, please do not send us multiple emails asking where your tracking information is when your order was placed the same day. When an order is placed, an email from us is sent to you saying to please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed and shipped. That means 2-3 business days, which does not include Sunday. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an additional email providing you with tracking information. We understand that our customers want their items quickly. We do our best to communicate with you and get your item delivered to you in a timely manner. Please show us the same respect in return. Thank you.
