Sorry that we've been a little inactive over the last couple weeks. During May, we had two shipments of hats come in and were planning on doing that for all the months following. It helps us to keep things in stock and continue bringing in new items. So we were expecting to get a new shipment halfway through this month, but that ended up not working out. There is some stuff still in stock though. We'll probably update the store soon to get rid of everything that's sold out and make your shopping a bit easier. Some people have been asking when we'll be getting more stock and to answer that for everyone, it'll be some time next week. We'll be back strong for July.

RAY RAY XIII
Player exclusive shoes never really get released, but these will be available on July 16. You can only imagine the limited availability for these as they'll only be released from two stores. In addition, a limited edition t-shirt will be included. Check the link below for more details.

WELCOME TO L.A. ANDREW GOUDELOCK
I had no idea who this was before the draft, but I decided to look him up after the Lakers drafted him. This guy can play. And shoot. He has crazy range on his jumper. The Lakers need someone that can shoot and Goudelock definitely can. Interested to see if he'll make the team and get playing time.

JORDAN SPRING 2012 PREVIEW
I'm really a hater on the quality of shoes that Jordan Brand puts out these days, but I can't help but get excited about these. I've also been one to say that all older Jordan releases are better than all recent Jordan releases, which I still believe. You can say I'm not a fan of seeing all these new shoe heads wearing the newest releases and acting like they're the hottest thing around. I'd much rather stick with the OG and older stuff. Part of me appreciates that classic releases are making a comeback, but at the same time it kind of ruins how special they are because now so many people will be able to have them. Look at Nike SB for example. You've never seen them retro some Supreme dunks or any of the city series dunks and they probably never will. Anyways, just my little rant about Jordan Brand. Here's what you can look forward to next year.

NIKE BASKETBALL 2011
People have come to love the Nike Hyperdunk and Hyperfuse. You can't have a conversation about basketball shoes without mentioning the two. Here's a preview of what the 2011 versions will look like, shown to you by Blake Griffin and Rajon Rondo.

PATIENCE IS KEY
We've ran into a minor problem recently. If you ordered from us last week then chances are that you were affected by this. Apparently, the post office recently tried to input a new tracking system that ended up being a failure during it's beginning stages. As a result, shipping was put on hold this past Saturday and none of our packages were processed or shipped. Things were supposed to return to normality on Monday morning, so we're hoping everything will be shipped soon if it hasn't by now. We've had some unhappy customers and emails due to this. People are expressing their unhappiness and thinking our store is a fraud. If you've dealt with us before then you know this is not the case nor how we do business. We were on a vacation this weekend and have been working with our people at the post office since getting back. We're trying to make sure everyone's orders are fulfilled, we really are. Please be patient with this situation as we've been trying to do. Once we drop off our shipments to the post office, it's really out of our hands what happens after. But like we already mentioned, we have talked to the post office and will continue to communicate with our customers. So please sit tight while we work everything out. Thank you.

THE LOSS OF THE RING
Congratulations to the Dallas Mavericks. In no way does this mean that I'm a fan of the Mavs. I live and die by the Lakers all day. I was only supporting Dallas to take down a Miami team that I dislike very much. It was also partly that I wanted to see Dirk and J. Kidd win one. If you watched the game, then chances are you saw Lebron walk off the court without shaking hands. Again. And you probably also saw Chris Bosh cry on his way to the locker room. I don't think there's a need for any further detail into why I don't like the Heat. Dallas deserved this one and earned it. At least Jason Terry doesn't have to get his tattoo removed now.

DONE DIESEL
Today, Shaquille O'Neal announced his retirement from the NBA. Even though I hated that he was chasing rings everywhere and ended up joining the Celtics, there's no shortage of appreciation for what he did and meant to the league. Particularly to the Lakers, Shaq brought them back to relevance and carried the team to it's first 3-peat. First it was Phil Jackson and now Shaq retiring. It really is becoming the end of an era in basketball. A second coming to Michael Jordan will occur before there is a second coming of Shaq. Farewell to the most dominant player in the game.
