A friend showed me Part 1 of these videos a few days back. I didn't take the time to watch it until today though. It got me hooked so I looked up a couple more videos by him. He's really motivational and it applies to pretty much anything you're doing, whether it be school, your career, etc. He keeps it real too. It's bit of a reality check. If you have some time to watch these, do it. If these aren't motivation then I don't know what is.
